Twenty-two years. Five brands. A first-generation founder who built without institutional backing — and now helps other founders do the same in an AI-native world.
A manual for founders entering the AI era — written by someone who spent 22 years building without it, and the last 3 building with it.
I built CAP Digisoft in 2003 without institutional backing, without connections in the industry, and without a playbook. Twenty-two years later, the company serves more than 500 clients across four continents, with offices in the US, Dubai, Poland, India, and El Salvador.
Along the way I founded four more brands — Jugl AI, an AI-native customer experience platform; Ekko AI, a LinkedIn content engine; Attesta AI, trusted intelligence for regulated workflows; and Business Thalam, a 200,000-follower Tamil-language community for entrepreneurs.
I'm a member of the Forbes Business Council, a Forbes CEO Award finalist, and Chair of the American Tamil Entrepreneurs Association (Dallas Chapter). I've mentored more than 100 founders, delivered 50+ keynotes, and spent the last two years specifically helping small and mid-market businesses adopt AI without losing what made them work in the first place.
My first book — Before You Build Anything: The Foundation Every Founder Needs Before AI Can Work for You — is a distillation of everything I've learned, and everything I'd tell my younger self.
Fifty-plus engagements on AI for SMBs, first-generation entrepreneurship, Tamil founder community, and the foundation every business needs before AI can work for it.
Book Arun to speak →A visual record of keynotes, panels, community events, and award ceremonies across the years — from Dallas stages to Chennai auditoriums.
Daily notes on founder life, AI adoption for SMBs, and lessons from 22 years of building. If you're an entrepreneur, operator, or organizer — this is the best room to find me in.

Whether you're a founder looking for a mentor, an organizer looking for a keynote, or a client looking for a partner — the door is open.
